Jude the mole catcher
Moles really take it to the yard each year, making it a never-ending job to fill in the holes left by their burrowing. Jude can smell where they've been, and occasionally catches one of the varmints. This video was taken of such an occurence, and I decided to share it with you. It's treated like a new toy for her to play with, and she never actually kills them. That part gets left up to me - which is off-camera, of course....

Send Jude down here to take care of my chipmunk problem. I have been trying for years to catch them.
Aw, I love Jude! She has the mole, but still doesn't seem to know what the heck to do with it. So funny!
I wish Jude could get the mole in my garden! I am hoping it doesn't hurt the sweet potatoes, since that is where he is hanging out! How do you keep Jude from tearing up the garden in pursuit of the pest?

I didn't realize moles were so small. Kind of like a mouse with two pointy ends, huh?
Go Jude. My last dog couldn't catch her own tail. But the dog before was a good hunter. He often got squirrels which is quite a feat.

Kris - oh, she absolutely torments the chipmunks around here, and would definitely have them running for their lives..lol
Grafixmuse - yeah, she's pretty funny to watch....
ShawnAnn - she won't get into the garden at all, and I taught her that was a no-no while still a puppy.
Granny - yeah, they are truly weird looking little things.
Daphne - if Jude could catch a squirrel, it would be the happiest day of her life....
Japanese Redneck - now that, soy.ss like a good idea...lol
Ribbit - oh yes, that's the second one this year....
Can I borrow Jude? We have lots of critters to dispose of.
