Photo below - I got out my seed towers and cell packs leftover from last year, and started several varieties of veggies. I really enjoyed doing this.
Photo below - burgundy okra, and also clemson spineless okra. I grew clemson only last year, but received the burgundy seed from a trade. Thanks, soonergrandmom!
Photo below - peaches and cream sweet corn. I've sown 27 cells, and don't really know where i'll put them all...there were only 20 in the original plan! I have an idea, though...heh. Maybe some more planters made from Earthtainer scrap pieces?
Photo below - here's my marigolds, and cross country cucumbers. Cross Country is what I grew last year, and they did great!
Photo below - Here's several melons, squash, and pickling cucumbers started. The plant markers were made from an empty gallon milk jug - cut into strips. Worked pretty good!

And finally, over 120 cells planted with seed for the summer garden. Oh...this is gonna be a bigun'! I'll post the planting list and layout tomorrow! WooHoo!!!

I'll provide a link on the sidebar to the old site, so that people can see the over 200 posts that have previously been written.
Take care, and happy gardening!

You're making my gardening attempts look pitiful! But I've gotta start from somewhere and small is probably better than large, well that and I don't think my wife would like for me to have to spend much more on gardening stuff...lol
Shoot me an email at ptthorne using gmail and I'll start forwarding the PDF's over to ya.
Cool stuff and those marigolds look very nice. I'm just starting to think about planting cole crops and your already planting warm season crops!
I did up a photoshop title for you and put it on your blog title photo. I e-mailed it to you last night so it should be in your inbox. No obligation to use it, I just thought I would make it up for you and see if you liked it.
Phillip - starting small is a better plan to follow, in my opinion. Let me try to get the files imported first, and we'll go from there. Thanks!
Dan - Hey, what can I say?...there's a nice place next door to me for sale. Heh. I'll check that email this evening, and let ya know what I think. Thanks!

I like to see that you added the picture of Buddy to the side. He was a good kitten wasn't he?
He was one of the best friends of my lifetime. I think about him everyday.

Ahhh, Round 2 of seed starting. All the excitement of seeing those new lives start. Yup, it is fun stuff.
I think I'll keep the old link to your blog and add this one so I don't lose the old posts.
Ok cheryl, the site will be left alone for a while, but eventually will be wiped clean. (Several months from now)
Looking good. Glad to see you've got your chamber geared up for round two. I'm thinking along those lines myself.
Oh yeah, American Seeds = Monsanto Grrr. Ok, I'm done.
Sinfonian - Actually, this is round three for the chamber. It'll get a break until next December after this one.
